Still, I really don&#039;t think it&#039;s too much to ask of a corporation like this to have been a little smarter about this the time through. It&#039;s not like we&#039;re still living in 2005. I mean, seriously: We&#039;ve been hearing stories about spurned bloggers for years. Treat them like you treat your favorite customers - or least like humans.</description>
